Jon has been active in real estate related ventures since 1996.  During that time, Jon has been involved as either a buyer, seller, agent or advisor in over $47 million in transactions, providing a broad experience encompassing all aspects of real estate and transaction-related issues.  In the late 1980s, prior to his real estate endeavors, Jon was active in the early stages of the mobile telephone industry and was instrumental in educating investors on how to acquire and monetize radio spectrum.  This resulted in ownership by Jon's clients of FCC spectrum valued today at more than $3 billion.  Jon has been invited to speak at national and international investors symposiums and conferences on numerous investment-related topics.  Jon joined Park Life in 2011.

Jon has lived in Coronado since 2004, with his wife Cara and their children:  Kristina, Adriana, Eaton and Oliver.
