Coronado Real Estate Market Update for October 2012
The Coronado real estate market slowed down only a little bit in October!
During the month of October, Coronado had 155 Active listings, 15 new Pending Listings & 21 Sold Listings! 11 properties sold in Coronado Village, 6 in the Coronado Shores & 4 in the Coronado Cays. Sales in October were down, but still going strong, from last month's sales, which were at 26 sold properties. Below is a list of the new Pending & Sold Listings.
