Coronado Real Estate Market Update for October 2011
The Coronado real estate market was not scared of October! (Happy Halloween!)
During the month of October, Coronado had 147 Active listings, 8 Pending Listings & 27 Sold Listings! 17 properties sold in the Village, 3 in the Shores & 7 in the Cays. Sales were higher than in the month of September, which was at 21 sold properties. Below is a list of the Pending & Sold Listings.
