Coronado Real Estate Market Update for November 2012
The Coronado real estate market stayed even in November!
During the month of November, Coronado had 156 Active listings, 19 new Pending Listings & 18 Sold Listings! 9 properties sold in Coronado Village, 5 in the Coronado Shores & 4 in the Coronado Cays. Sales in November were still going strong compared to last month's sales, which were at 19 sold properties. Below is a list of the new Pending & Sold Listings.
