Coronado Real Estate Market Update for May 2012
The Coronado real estate market picked up big time in May.
During the month of May, Coronado had 178 Active listings, 22 new Pending Listings & 32 Sold Listings! 21 properties sold in Coronado Village, 3 in the Coronado Shores & 8 in the Coronado Cays. This was a huge increase from last month's sales, which was at 17 sold properties. Below is a list of the new Pending & Sold Listings.
