Coronado Real Estate Market Update for March 2012
The Coronado real estate market picked back up in March.
During the month of March, Coronado had 178 Active listings, 18 new Pending Listings & 22 Sold Listings! 14 properties sold in Coronado Village, 4 in the Coronado Shores & 4 in the Coronado Cays. This was a huge increase from last month's sales, which was at 12 sold properties. Below is a list of the new Pending & Sold Listings.
