Coronado Real Estate Market Update for February 2012
The Coronado real estate market had an average month in February.
During the month of February, Coronado had 156 Active listings, 18 new Pending Listings & 12 Sold Listings! 7 properties sold in Coronado Village, 3 in the Coronado Shores & 2 in the Coronado Cays. This was down from last month's sales, which was at 19 sold properties. Below is a list of the new Pending & Sold Listings.
