Coronado Real Estate Market Update for December 2012
The Coronado real estate market did very well in December!
During the month of December, Coronado had 139 Active listings, 11 new Pending Listings & 24 Sold Listings! 20 properties sold in Coronado Village, 2 in the Coronado Shores & 2 in the Coronado Cays. Sales in December jumped up from last month's sales, which were at 18 sold properties. Below is a list of the new Pending & Sold Listings.
