Coronado Real Estate Market Update for April 2012

The Coronado real estate market stayed steadily strong in April.

During the month of April, Coronado had 175 Active listings, 30 new Pending Listings & 17 Sold Listings! 11 properties sold in Coronado Village, 4 in the Coronado Shores & 2 in the Coronado Cays. This was a slight decline from last month's sales, which was at 22 sold properties. Below is a list of the new Pending & Sold Listings.

Coronado Beach Makes "Top-10's" List of Scenic Seasides

Homes.com recently rated Coronado Beach the top beach for relaxation, beating out beaches all over the United States! The Coronado real estate market picked back up in March.

During the month of March, Coronado had 178 Active listings, 18 new Pending Listings & 22 Sold Listings! 14 properties sold in Coronado Village, 4 in the Coronado Shores & 4 in the Coronado Cays. Coronado Real Estate Market Update for September 2011

The Coronado real estate market is still going strong in September!

During the month of September, Coronado had 125 Active listings, 3 Pending Listings & 21 Sold Listings! 13 properties sold in the Village, 4 in the Shores & 4 in the Cays in the month of September.
