Coronado Real Estate Market Update for January 2012

The Coronado real estate market fell a little bit in January.

During the month of January, Coronado had 161 Active listings, 15 new Pending Listings & 19 Sold Listings! 14 properties sold in Coronado Village, 2 in the Coronado Shores & 3 in the Coronado Cays. This was down from last month's sales, which was at 28 sold properties. Below is a list of the new Pending & Sold Listings.

Coronado Real Estate Market Update for December 2011

The Coronado real estate market made a huge upturn in December!

During the month of December, Coronado had 158 Active listings, 9 new Pending Listings & 28 Sold Listings! 21 properties sold in Coronado Village, 4 in the Coronado Shores & 3 in the Coronado Cays. This was a huge increase in sales from last month, which had only 12 sold properties. Below is a list of the new Pending & Sold Listings.

Coronado is a playground for both adults and kids.  Even after living here many, many years, we continually find new things to do or discover.  Here is a short list of some of our favorite things to do:

Coronado Beaches - Consistently ranked in the top 10 beaches for the U.S.  More info.

Municipal Golf Course - A spectacular golf course right on the bay.  Great prices for this par 72.  More info.

Tennis Courts - Four different locations to enjoy tennis.  Many courts have lights.  More info.  

Coronado Parks - Parks are located on the beach, next to the bay and even in the center of town.  More info.

Coronado Library - Books, CDs, DVDs and more.  Adults and children love this amazing library.  More info.

Coronado Village Theatre - Recently renovated, this theatre is one of jewels of Coronado.  More info

Shows and Plays - Head on over to Lamb's Players Theatre to see what's playing.  More info.

Coronado Community Center - Swimming for adults and kids, rock wall, gym, basketball and more.  More info
