Coronado Real Estate Market Update for January 2012
The Coronado real estate market fell a little bit in January.
During the month of January, Coronado had 161 Active listings, 15 new Pending Listings & 19 Sold Listings! 14 properties sold in Coronado Village, 2 in the Coronado Shores & 3 in the Coronado Cays. This was down from last month's sales, which was at 28 sold properties. Below is a list of the new Pending & Sold Listings.

The Coronado real estate market made a huge upturn in December!
During the month of December, Coronado had 158 Active listings, 9 new Pending Listings & 28 Sold Listings! 21 properties sold in Coronado Village, 4 in the Coronado Shores & 3 in the Coronado Cays.
