Scott D. Grimes

Scott Grimes is one of the Principals and Founders of Park Life Real Estate. He has been buying, selling, and investing in Coronado Real Estate since 1997. Formerly with Prudential, he received top honors for his sales activity.
Scott is actively involved in the Coronado community. He is currently a Planning commissioner for the City of Coronado. Scott has served two terms as President of the Coronado Chamber of Commerce and has been a member of various community service committees. He is a member of both the Rotary Club of Coronado and the Coronado Yacht Club.
In March 2007, Scott received the "Take My Hand, Coronado" Peacemaker Award from the Coronado Human Relations Commission. This annual award recognizes one member of the Coronado business community for their efforts to improve relationships throughout the community.
Previously, Scott served our country as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.
Scott lives in the Village with his wife Heather and their three children, Lilly age 5, Carter age 3, and their new baby Madison.

Renee Wilson is one of the Principals and Founders of Park Life Real Estate. She has been an award-winning real estate professional since 1994. During that time, she began specialization in the Coronado market and has amassed significant expertise on all aspects of the community. Formerly with RE/MAX, she received numerous awards to include The RE/MAX Hall of Fame award, Chairman's Award, and she was a Platinum Club award recipient several years in a row.
Renee is an active leader in the real estate community. She has served on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors and held the position of President and Vice President for the Coronado Association of Realtors, and in 2004 Renee received the prestigious designation of REALTOR of the year from the Coronado Association of REALTORS.
Renee lives in the village with her husband Jim and daughter Reagan age 2.
